Filmmaker Pitfalls

Voices Heard is having its second annual panel, and taking place right after the films at the Avalon. 

The topic of which is Filmmaker Pitfalls

Featuring:

Executive Producer/Director, Erin McKenzie (Let Me Be), Award Winning filmmaker, Hisonni Mustafa (Legend Has It: The Remarkable Rise of Stephen McCain), and Filmmaker/Festival Director, Ross Bigley.

Moderated by Clarence Aumend 

3:00PM in the Avalounge located in the Avalon's lobby. 

Filmmaker Panel

This year's virtual panel will be on the importance of diversity in filmmaking. We'll be recording before the event and will have it ready in this spot. 

Meanwhile, enjoy last years panel which examines why horror is a chosen genre with today's emerging filmmakers, with panelists who had films in last year's festival, Corey Benson Powers of Locksmith, Savanna Wrobel of Lurker, and Cassie Llanas of Lost Boys Pizza. Moderated by Michael Viers (The Shame List Picture Show).
