Welcome to the Milwaukee Independent Film Society! We are all about building bridges in the Milwaukee Film Community, to support local filmmakers and to give them a voice and venue for their work.
Through out the year we sponsor many events such as The Annual Milwaukee Short Film Festival which we started way back in 1994 and named BEST LOCAL FEST by Moviemaker Magazine, there are also monthly social activities and we host filmmaker screenings as well.
